I have over 30 years of bank operations and payment processing experience as a consultant, banker and expert witness.  My expertise is in check and image processing, ACH, processing regulations, correspondent banking and bank cash management products and services.

My strongest skill is in communicating the complicated and technical procedures in bank operations into clear and understandable terms for the Court and juries. In addition, my extensive experience with employers and clients provides me with an industry perspective on best practices and regulatory compliance.
